  11. Carefully lift the pita loaf, quickly place it on the hot baking tray, and bake for two minutes until puffed.
  12. Flip the loaf using tongs, bake it in the oven for 1 minute, and repeat the same steps with the remaining loaves.
  13. After baking, move the loaves to a suitable place, cover them to keep them soft or eat immediately.
